I know this a weird one but I was wondering where in the world the stock boot animation and sound are located for Virgin Mobile? I went through the original rip I did and only found some weird emd files in the system/media

If some one could post them or direct me to the files I would appreciate it :D

They could be mapped by the /system/customize/CID/default.xml file. I did some research on how the boot/down animations and sounds are handled in AOSP and Sense ROM's that is summarized in this post. Apparently that XML file is used after a system reset, presumably by some part of the firmware, and I found that by installing that file on an AOSP ROM I could override the default AOSP location of /system/media.
