It bugged me ever since I bought my desire, but as I've finally managed to get registered to this forum, let's see if there is an answer : it is pretty much the reason why I use that crappy dolphin browser - it allows any embedded YouTube video to play in the default YouTube app or even the skyfire browser if you choose.
