Root Stock CPU frequencies

Does anyone know whether the 2.3.340 update lowered the stock CPU frequencies, or does using the Overclock ULV for 1Ghz still give you lower frequencies than stock?

If the new frequencies are lower stock I may just go w/stock to conserve battery since the new update seems to be a little snappier as it is.
