Root Stock Froyo file?

Does anyone have a copy of the unrooted 2.2.1 EE4 release of Android for the Droid Charge? I am having phone issues and may need to return my phone. Even though I am running the stock EP4, I installed it via Odin a while back. Verizon knows that I never received the OTA upgrade. I want to return my phone to EE4 so that I can receive the OTA update that they have just pushed to me.

The link from pentafive at XDAdevelopers is a dead link since it uses multiupload.com.

You will need a program to decompress 7ZIP files. One such decompression utility that I recommend is PowerArchiver 2011.
