Root Stock hboot

i want to go back to original firmware and for that i need the original hboot. now i'm running cm7 and i have a custom hboot and when i instal the original firmware, it says everthing is ok on the computer but the phone freezes on the htc logo.

ps: i tryed the stock hboot from alpharev but with no succes. i want something you know for sure it woks.

Most of the Alpharev hboots are write protected. Flash the downgrade hboot from the Alpharev site then run the RUU which will overwrite that hboot with stock.
