Root Stock HTC web browser?

Is it possible to download the web browser from the stock ROM? If so,where can I get it?

You should be able to pull it from the stock rom zip then just paste it in /system/app with permissions of rw-r--r-- then reboot. I think it will only work on Sense roms due to the framework.

Yeah I don't think it will work on AOSP, you can try but I don't think it will work. I would suggest trying some 3rd party browsers. I have used xScope and Boat browser Mini both of which I liked, but I always end up going back to the stock AOSP browser

Dolphin browsers are BY FAR the best. Seriously, nothing can compare except for the stock ics browser.
