Help Stock internet browser continuously loading

Hi All,
I am new to droids, and Smartphones in general. I just picked up a new Rezound and have had it for about two weeks.
I am totally happy withit except for 1 small problem. the stock internet application just loads and reloads continuously with no user exit to stop it.
i have downloaded firefox as a primary browser but no matter what when i re-enter the stock internet browser it just loads and reloads.

any help on this would be great!

Welcome to the world of smartphones and Android -- where everything works, until it doesn't

You might try "killing" the stock browser:
Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Internet (that's the name of the browser) -- from here, you can: Clear Cache, Clear Data and Force Stop ("kill")

I would also recommend switching browsers, the stock one is... ummm... lets just say there are better ones out there. Consider Dolphin, Maxthon, Boat, Opera, FireFox, or any other number of decent browsers out there as an alternative, any one of them is better than the stock browser in every way. Personally, Maxthon is my current browser of choice.

There's a similar thread in the SAMSUNG GALAXY S III forum.
Some of us are experiencing the same issue. Sounds like a GOOGLE problem since the issue is on at least two different phones & manufacturers.

If the problem persists, I'd send GOOGLE an e-mail describing the issue.
