Help Stock keyboard to GummyJAR 2.5?

So, I don't like the keyboard with GummyJAR. I have been trying to get this keyboard:

onto my X and can't seem to get it working. When I use RootExplorer, the keyboard function just vanishes, and when I try to use adb it says it doesn't see the file or something like that. Any ideas on how to get this keyboard running with GummyJAR?
