Help Stock Music App Eating Playlists?

Hi
Not sure if anyone else has experienced this but i appear to have a dissappearing playlist. I am on Jellybean and have created a playlist which seems to work but everynow now and again its contents dissapear which means that i have to add all the songs again. Its done this to me about 4 or 5 times now and is very annoying.
Anyone know what this is?

I'm not sure if this is relevant but someone had a similar issue with the gs3
