Stock News & Weather Widget

Does anyone know if the stock news and weather widget is in the Android market? I would like to install elsewhere (on a tablet) but can't find it.
 
Have you tried going to market and search for "news and weather" it gives all kinds of localized news and weather station apps that are free and might serve your purpose better.
The stock news and weather was constantly leaving me with no news or weather, so I got " My Cast Weather lite" and "TV. Com".
