Stock Photo Editor

I may have been mistaken about this app coming preloaded on my device. But it is on my device nonetheless so if it didn't come preloaded I was in fact able to download from the market. I may have downloaded from the "S Suggest" app though and not from the play store directly, which came preloaded on my phone. Sorry about the confusion.
 
That's the one. It is not compatible with AT&T Note II either:
This app is incompatible with your AT&T Samsung SAMSUNG-SGH-I317.

I have to download the apk file and install it that way. There is another thread out there with link to xda forum to download the file. Even if you download the Samsung App, it still won't let you install it.

So tell me this- when you have a pic up on your phone, click menu, advanced edit, photo editor- what happens?
Does it take you to Samsung Photo Editor app?
Just trying to understand clearly how you're going about the install.

Any idea where to download the APK file?

I'm in the same boat as others here.

Its the same, 2.2.3, and it crashes for me as well when I do stamps. Everything else seems to work fine.

Oh alright thanks. Maybe someone would upload an update in the future, or maybe Samsung would actually list the US Note II models as compatible!

The latest version is 2.2.45 (Dec 10, 2012)

But it will only let you download it on Samsung App store if you have one of the following Note II models:

GT-N7100
SGH-T899
SCH-R950

I have the AT&T version SGH-I317 and it won't let me download it from Samsung App store.
