also i was thinking using flashify to flash

i try fAstboot cant get it to work

Fastboot won't work because the zmax isn't compatible with it.

when i open command prompt on pc and put adb reboot fastboot phone restart after that nothing seem to work maybe im putting the wrong command or something

If you have the metro zmax just flash the metro stock ROM/recovery I posted.

By the way it will tell you no OS installed when you go to reboot after flashing the rom but its just a false alarm.
