Root Stock Rom and Froyo Question

I have ROM Manager on my LG Ally and I was wondering is it possible for somebody to give me a link to the Stock Rom for lg ally and instructions on how to get OTA updates so i can update to froyo.

( I am currently on 2.1- Update 1 using Punisher 0.1 even though I dont think it matters)

You can't just flash a stock rom, if you want to install updates you'll need stock recovery too. All of this is covered in this.
