I'm rooted. I was running cm10 but missed flash and my camera's not workings so I restored the stock Rom. there is a update but I can't update....it aborted it. why?

Because they know your phones rooted. So you will jot be able to get there update at all. Unless there app updates.

oh ok. so if my phone some day gets the jelly bean update and I'm rooted I won't be able to get it unless someone made a rooted version of it? what Rom are you running by the way?

You can flash stock rom and flash back stock recovery and re lock and then you can get updates like that

I mean if you already have ics and sense 3.6 then there really isn't an update. That are really major. But locking your boot loader and such. I've never actually performed that task.

No, not anymore. I was but there's a long story behind why I flashed back haha. Mainly let's just say my phone screwed up. So I tried flashing back to stock to fix the problem and all I needed all along was a new battery. Lol so honestly I just actually been enjoying my phone just normal stock.

hahaha oh damn. well glad to know it's all good.and working. I would go to the fusion Rom but when I Download it the folder is empty that's why it doesn't work. I just wanna be able to over clock my phone.

You don't have to have a custom Rom for that!

yes just be rooted and install the kernel with CWM.

broooo I tried it and it aborted it. I already had set CPU but like I said it aborted it in the recovery menu. that's happened with every Rom and kernal lately.

Go here download the zip. Backup your phone flash it. Then try to download a custom kernel (2fast v5 recommend) then flash it. The go into the Market and get you an over clocking Rom. See if this works for you homie.
