OK. I know i'm probably starting to sound r.e.t.a.r.ded by now and I hate to bother people but i'm having a problem downloading the cwm touch file (all i get is another page -popup of a bunch of wierd symbols i know nothing of)... am i missing some sort of program? I'm lucky the auto installer was an .exe file...:(

I dunno either. its like the link opens it up the programming script instead of a download...
 
All u gotta do is instead of left clicking it to download it right click it pluck on save as an an save it as cwm touch.img
 
Downloading the update now! Sounds like its smoother & the ram issue was fixed? Can't wait to install! Might be my new daily driver!! Lol Hey, how will this impact the development of CM10 though? Will they incorporate the new kernel (if there is one) with CM10? Either way this phone has come along way WOWZA :) it ain't a piece o' crap anymore! Might be a keeper! Ha!
 
someone mentioned it was easier to see... did the size of anything change? because if thats the case, then you will need to do some thimgs to get play store to work again if you didnt fully reset your data

i recommend trying a full factory reset, see if that fixes it
 
thats really really odd, anybody tried wiping all data? or at least clearing cache and data for the play store from the app menu?
 
Good thing I waited to get something to eat first... I was about to flash it... Need me to try something different before it screws the play store?
 
go to goo.im (goo manager app), find the appropriate gapps pkg for ics or jb (whatever you are running), and flash it in cwm. that *should* fix your play store
