Hey, just have a question about the earbuds that come with the S2. I haven't been able to find much info on them, but from what I read they are just dreadful.
When I first tried them out on my phone I thought they were terrible as well. I had already started looking into getting new ones however, one day I decided to plug them into my computer at work.
I'm no audiophile/sound expert but I've played piano for over 13 years and drums for 6 and I thought these buds were pretty good.
The hi-hat, crash and ride cymbals were clear. Snare drum was fantastic sounding. Voices and guitar were alright. The bass was not very heavy but still very clean and crisp.
Now my question is... are they really that bad? Will better earbuds completely blow me away?
Edit: Also, I should probably also mention I have been using my own triple flange tips

these sound pretty alright if u just wanna listen to a few songs or watch a video, or just use it as a handsfree. but if ur seriously into music, u'll definitely notice a change with a better pair. i recommend soundmagic, this really good cheap brand that make great IEMs for the price. if u wanna pay a bit more, AKG make some really high quality stuff, incredibly good sound. sennheiser matched my AKG but none of my senn's lasted over a year, so i stopped buying em
