Help stop audio assistance when adding new home screen?

My Note 2 gives audio advice via a computer voice when I do Home Screen>Edit page to add or delete home screens. How do you turn off this vocal assistance? I've been through as many settings as possible to make sure that my phone doesn't start speaking out loud, but sometimes it still does.

i had the same issue.... wait till you create Folders on your home screen and the voice keeps saying Folder Open every time you open it... and of course, Folder Closed when you closed it... sigh.

first of all make sure your TalkBack is OFF (Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack: OFF)

from what I read it's a LightFlow bug with Jellybean (though, I didnt have any such issues with my Galaxy Nexus)

you can go into your LightFlow setting and Mute every sort of sound option on there...

What actually worked for me... when you press the volume button on the Home Screen, in the volume bar, there is now a "settings" wheel... press it and Mute MEDIA section.

Hope this helps ....

I do have TalkBack off, but as you've observed, that doesn't solve the problem. This is not a good situation. Happily, I use Folder Organizer to create folders, so I don't have that problem. But muting media isn't a good solution because, well, it mutes media. Where exactly are LightFlow settings?

you are right... solutions aren't ideal... but muting media till when you need it is OK with me in the meantime :)

LightFlow settings are right there when you launch the app... unless you dont have LightFlow, then the issue with LightFlow, though muting everything there did help initially.
