Help Stop automatic date change after connecting to internet!

I am trying to manualy set the date on my s2 through the in phone settings. I have unticked the automatic option. It allows me to set the date without an internet connection, however when I switch on the wi fi the date automaticaly updates to the correct date. I am trying to do something on my phone which requires my to change the date, but I need to connect to the internet also,
