Help Stop internet calling

I have a Note 3 SM N9005 in settings>Device>Call >Call settings>use internet calling I
get 3 options.

For all calls when mobile network available

Only for internet calls

Ask for every call. I have this one checked

I do not want to use internet for calling so when I make a call this screen pops up and I get the option to choose Mobile Call, this does not use internet just cell towers like any phone.

Can I make this the default so I don't have to choose Mobile Call every time. It has to be manually checked , voice will not check it for me, so defeats the hands free calling.

I've got a Verizon N3, and I don't have any option for Internet Calling at all. Is that something that Verizon has removed, or is it something that your carrier has added, I wonder?

I bought phone Factory unlocked so my carrier has no control of phone.Not sure if some features are left out for specific carriers or not

I have a Sprint Note 3 & don't see this option on my phone.
