greetings droidians -
i've been loving my droid eris up until the point it stopped taking a charge. battery life has been very poor with heavy use and apps but i can get over that, given I have my laptop with me most of the time.
the issue is - when plugging into the wall charger, it will charge for about 30 seconds and then stop. the indicator light begins to flash red-then-green, pause, then red/green. hooking into the laptop USB port doesn't charge at all, but mysteriously still prompts to mount the device and I can use storage. It just wont' take a charge - and when it does, it does so sporadically.
any ideas? going to call VZN and hope then replace it for me. it's been a bit over 30 days. thanks for any insights!
