Help Stopping app shortcuts

Does anybody know how to stop automatic app shortcuts from being created everytime you add a new app?

Took me a bit to realize where I saw this tick box at. Open up your market then go to "My Apps". Once you're there, click on the menu box in the upper right hand corner. You should see two options. The first asks if you want to be notified about app updates. The second asks if you want app shortcuts created.

I went to the market and made the change. No more shortcuts. I don't have this problem with my EVO so I wonder why its an issue with the TF? Must be something related to Honeycomb.
