Stopping Flash from updating

I took the decision some time ago not to instal the Flash update because i could not afford the 10mb of space.Trouble is ,it keeps updating by itself,anyway of stopping this from happening ?,3 times now i have had to uninstal,getting to be a pain.

Go to the app in the market and uncheck Allow Automatic Updates

(I'm getting a feeling of deja vu here... )
