Stopping in to say Hi!

Just joined the forums after many days of browsing. :)

Just got my replacement G1 from T Mobile. First one bricked itself and acore.android kept crashing.

Okay, could I potentially just have extremely bad luck or am I doing something wrong?

My replacement phone is being replaced after barely 24 hours of use. Yesterday afternoon after getting the phone set up the way the first one was, it begins to act similar to the original. Apps start crashing, acore begins crashing. Pretty soon, the phone panics, freezes and resets itself. This is after a wipe (master reset) an hour before. On the replacement.

A 20 minute phone call later explaining my case to my friendly T Mobile rep and a replacement is on the way. I will give it credit that it has not failed me yet today. I am documenting every instance that it does not perform to my standards.
They say I have to go through 2 replacements before I can change phone types. If the 3rd phone fails me, what phone should I make the jump to? The same day I bought the G1, I bought my wife a MT3G and she adores it. considered getting one for myself, just do not care for on screen keyboards, as my fat fingers love to press 3 keys at once
