Stopwatch/count down timer

Does the Atrix come with these built in?

FYI I know I can download them from the market, however I don't want to download apps if I don't need to.

As far as I know, no.

There is a timer app built in in the "Alarm & Timer" app but I don't believe there is a stopwatch app.

Try "Ultrachron Lite" from the market. I believe you will like it.
