Help Storage space really low (Internal)

Hi everyone,

I installed a new Rom yesterday and did a few backups, most of these i asume where to the external Sd card.

I used a mixture of mybackup root, apps backup and titanium backup. But using just TB now.

My phone memory was around 5gb free and there was around 1gb in photos internal (all backup via dropbox and google+) the rest of my photos, music, films are all on my external sd card.

So i wiped everything when doing the upgrade to a new rom (andyX v12) but its only 500mb free so i have used 4.5gb or even more as have not wiped it for 7 months.

any idea where all this has gone, and whats the best way to determine what is causing this and then can remove it.


edit - Moved most of apps to my external sd and now showing

Internal Space is free 1.44gb total 1.97gb
SD card (internal yes?) Free 468mb total 11.50gb

your backups are probably on the internal sd. Download a file explorer, such as es file explorer, and check.

Already have that app, been looking via pc and cannot see anything that causes that much. TB was only 250mb so removed that as already backed that up to dropbox

If you use the PC to browse you should be able to see the folder Android_secure. A large part of Apps are placed there if you use the move to SD option. If you use the phone browser, it usually shows as empty.
