Help Strange band around edge of videos.

This is a very small issue but a noticable one. When watching videos there is a small band around the outside. Have a look in the attachment to see it. Does anyone else get this? Does anyone know why?

Sorry for the bump but can no one else see the lighter band around the edge ? Does no one else get when watching full-screen video?
 
is that screen shot taken in the dolphin browser, if you give me the link ill try the same video and see if i get it, i have never noticed this though on other videos i watch.
 
Yeah, I've noticed this in the Opera browser but I've also noticed this in the BBC iPlayer app too, no idea how to fix it though.
