Help Strange email? Android prize Giveaway??

i keep getting this alert in my notification area at least every few days? ITS NOT AN EMAIL, but when i open it, it says Android Prize Giveaway, and shows me that if i respond i can win prizes. its not an email though?

it pops up saying, " the page at http://com-ws.us" says:

Congratulations Road Runner User!

Your Samsung Galaxy Nexus has been chosen at random to win a FREE prize!

HOW CAN I STOP THIS FROM COMING TO MY PHONE?????

Do you have any security software installed? I use Lookout Mobile. Pick one from the market and do a scan to see if you have any undesired bugs.

its an ad pushed by Airpush. i ran airpush detector and it showed my mp3 music downloader was the app that sponsored this ad. the market has an app to opt out of the airpush ads so i ran it and we will see what happens? i didnt want to lose my music downloader..
