Root Strange notification problem

For the last month or so ive been having a strange problem...when my phone boots up and when it receives a notification it will occasionally start playing a supposedly deleted podcast. i have zedge installed and I notice it will randomly loose it's "always use this"status and it seems to be when this happens. although i have the "notifications" unchecked in cm settings for "always play on speaker"
i use Go-launcher for my launcher. any insights?

Uninstall zedge and go launcher and then re install.
