Help Strange Notifications

For some reason I am now getting notifications on my phone with links to a website for a free IPad, they show up in the notification area as a Star with a red dot in them. Anyone else know what and where these are coming from and more importantly how to get rid of them?

Sounds like the same Airpush problems that others are having.
