Root Strange Program I have No Clue

Wholst deleting some programs I came across DIRTX and didn't remember dl'd it. So I tried to find an app or widget for it on my phone, no joy. So I googled it, and the only thing close was Direct X for windows?

Anyone know what this program is, what it's for, and is it safe to delete?
