Strange text announcement

When in driving mode, I've noticed the S4 will say "new message from COMMA Larry". It uses the word 'comma' before the name? What's up with that? Is this some odd setting I'm not aware of or is it just a bug?

If it's reading them "Last Name, First Name", see if there's a space in the last name spot on their Contact Card.

Thanks Darnell, but most of my contacts only have a first name. So even with only one field filled in (no middle or last name) it will still say 'comma Larry' or 'comma Linda'. Very weird and my friend's S4 does the same thing.
