Does anyone else find it strange that the Rezound was released today and there isn't that much marketing hype around it, even though it may be the best of the 3 phones being released (Rezound, Razr, Nexus)? It is not available on all retail sites, it quietly was made available on VZW site and I never got an email from VZW stating the Rezound can now be purchased even though I signed up..

HHMMMMM, what is up VZW and HTC sleeves? Is there an Quad Core/ICS phone coming within the next 45 days? I'm just sayin.

Typical. Proportions look more like the Thunderbolt, but like the thinner profile. Seems more like a gaming device? Would think you only need so much horsepower for most users, like myself.
 
no i don't think its strange at all. VZW as a whole hasn't done a lot of marketing lately unless its a "droid" line and even then its not as big as it used to be like with the Dinc and the DX1 were.
 
I think they're just announcing it in Q1 2012 at Mobile World Congress. It's supposed to be out before Windows 8 debuts, so sometime before Q4 2012. If you wait you'll probably see it a little before this time next year. Also there is no concrete evidence that it's coming to Verizon right away either. The only reason many are thinking it is is because in one of the stories on it the author called it a sequel to the Rezound. The only problem is the radios on it are for GSM & HSDPA, which is not Verizon.
