Strange things on my photos

Every time when I make a photo with the main camera of my galaxy s4, on the photos appears strange things (see the image - http://s4.postimg.org/7l3tomea5/camera.jpg). I have looked for protetctive film over my camera, but I'm sure that there isn't any.
Can you tell me what are this things and how to remove them?

If you are sure you don't have anything on the lens, there can only really be one other explanation and that is particles behind the lens or on the sensor. I believe that the camera is a sealed unit so I think your only option is to make a warranty claim or send it off for repair .

The S4 is shipped with a protective film with a hole in the center. It is really hard to see if you are not looking closely for it. These are notorious for collecting lint and debris. If yours still has the film, you can remove it by carefully using the tip of a pin to lift it off. The chances of getting debris behind the lens are very slim but I suppose it could happen.

I have checked many time for the protective film and I can't find any... So maybe it is some dust behind the lens
