Help Strange USB connection issues..

Hi,

I have recently returned my GS2 back to factory settings. After doing this i have had some issues:

1. It will say it is charging - when it isnt plugged in.

2. It will pop up with MTP Connected (USB) when nothing is plugged in.

3. It will not turn on - Flashes a battery (green) then a battery (empty) with a caution sign and a temperature gauge. (have to force a reset to get it back on)

4. I dont get any 3G or mobile internet signal

Any help would be fantastic!
