Help Strange Vibration

Hello, I am getting a vibration from the earpiece speaker during calls when the other person is talking almost like a blown speaker but the sound seems fine. It is a brand new phone, is this a issue with the X I'm going to have to get used to ? would appreciate some advice before I go through the hassle of returning it. Thanks

Not normal at all. Need to send it back. Probably is a blown speaker.
