streaming online films help

Hi sorry if im not to ask this. But i have a site that i watch films online on my laptop, one it says'click to verify you are human' it doesnt do anything else apart from a cruddy pop up. Iv tried skyfire to no avail. Is there anything i can do to make this work?
New browser or app or something in my settings? Or just doesnt work at all?

4od excellent
skyplayer/itv on demand/ 5 on demand cant get to work, even using browser in desktop not mobile mode

any tips would be great
