Streaming video not starting

I have an Optimus and Samsung Intercept both running Froyo. They both used to automatically start streaming video from a web site after I click on the video thumbnail and return to browser after it finishes, but now they both download the file instead of playing it. Once it finishes download, I have to manually go to the Download directory, open the file, then delete the file afterwards, and get back to the browser. That's a lot of work. I suspect something might have changed on the web site since both phones are doing the same thing, but is there a setting I can to change to start streaming video automatically? This is with stock browser/media player. I also use Opera Mini but I read that doesn't support streaming video.

Sounds like the website made a change. There is nothing you can do about that.
