Root stuck at CWR Menu on LG esteem

Newbie
I have backup my Recovery with CMW and then moved it to PC for latter. my phone is rooted ZVD and I Factory Reset it in Setting in Android Setting.
now I problem is it wipe out all data from root. but I have backup on my PC.
is it possible to mount phone as USB and transfer backup or us my SD-Card?

when I restore it with CWM it seems it copy files and when it's done.
when I restart it it goes back to CWM Menu Screen.
What Am I doing wrong???

Can I install stock version if possible.
if I can were can I find and clean stock version of Metropcs LG Esteem

+1 Yea what he said always have it in ur phone all the time if that happens u dnt have to waste time go to ur computer blah blah blah etc just keep a rom and exitrecovery on at all time ;)

is it possible if I can Find Clean stock version and instead of installing my old rom.
i can install clean STOCK Version with rooted and cwm installed already.

Do you know any good rom, I'm new.

Ur on ZVD Right if u are here u go unzip put it Connect ur phone on ur pc look for clockworkmod folder and copy the unzipped file to the backups and then on recovery go to restore from internal sdcard look for the file bam There restore it ----------> Dev-Host - zvd_stock.zip - The Ultimate Free File Hosting / File Sharing Service ZVD STOCK Ur welcome ;)

Yes, I'm on ZVD right now.
Sorry, for my ignores
in CWM I will pick the option "wipe data/factory reset" then "Install zip from SDcard" to have clean install? ? ?

because I got this phone from my brother for free and I want to wipe everything off and start with new and clean if possible.
