Root stuck at lock screen

First try holding the power button for a few seconds after you feel the phone vibrating once. Then go see after the boot if it unlocks the phone normally. If that doesn't work.

The take your battery out, put it again and go to cwr manually. ;

assuming you have cwr which you should, to get into cwr;

1. Press and hold BOTH volume rockets
2. While having the volume rockets hold, press the sleep/power button.
3. leave them pressed and after you see the LG logo after a vibration, then let go off the POWER button (just the power button, leave the volume rockets hold still.)
4. After the Lg logo, let go off the volume rockets.
5. the phone will reboot and go to recovery mode. (fake mode)
6. At this point, you will press the power button 3 times. One to accept the fake recovery and the rest to confirm.
7. After you do this, you will be in cwr main menu.

if you have a backup then wipe cache and dalvik cache followed by a restored to your previous backup or any backup that you made.

After you successfully restore your phone try and reflash the ROM that you wanted. This time make sure you wipe cache and dalvik cache before flashing the phone ROM.
