Root Stuck at (M) - 2.3.340 and old theme

I upgraded to 2.3.340 today and then tried to put an older (2.2) black notification bar on my phone. The phone currently won't boot up. I backed up my services.jar and framework-res.apk onto my sdcard before I did the switch. Is there anyway to access these through ADB and replace the themed ones before I flash? I have the .320 SBF, so I am not that concerned, but it would save me a lot of time with the apps and setting everything up again.

There's a system only sbf posted in the first 15 threads of this very rooting section. That should get you back without losing data.

Excellent, I didn't even think of the system only SBF, I was thinking I had to do the full .320 and then use TBH to get .340. I guess I will have to re-de-odex again, though.

Edit:
Downloading system SBF now.

Double Edit:
Back up and running and now de-odexing. Thanks Fabolous and mxsjw for your help!
