Root Stuck in boot loop help please

Hey guys,

So I just updated to ZVD this morning, I rooted, installed ROM manager and was flashing CWM the loading bar was at the very end as if it flashed it but still had the loading symbol at the end, ROM Manager froze up and wouldn't do anything I sat there for a good 10 minutes an gave it time but it did nothing so I exited out of it and downloaded quick boot and attempted to boot into recovery. Once I did that I got stuck in a boot loop, I pulled the battery an put it back an tried booting now I'm at a the error screen with the little android guy and the "! in a triangle" symbol. Please help.
 
Actually I fixed it all I had to do was pull the SD card an reboot, re-flashed CWM and I'm currently backing up now :) thanks
