Root Stuck in boot loop

I rooted my phone a long time ago, but haven't used any ROMs. Decided to try putting ctmod on and now I'm stuck in a boot loop.

First I went through partitioning my SD card, then I put the zip on and tried installing. Nothing would happen. After same research I saw that I had an older version of CWM. I updated CWM and then attempted to install ctmod.

I tried installing ctmod though CWM and got the boot loop. Some one mentioned using odin to start over and I did. Nothing changed. Boot loop again.

Suggestions?

Hey, sorry for your trouble that sounds frustrating.

Did you use Odin to reinstall CWM? Or did you use odin to return to stock ?

sometimes people have confusion and do not check to make sure that when you are using odin that it is putting the "correct" boot/phone/pda tars in the boxes. you have to make sure that it is in the return to stock folder instead of a CWM folder. If ya know what I mean.

I didn't explain what I meant very well, for example, when you hit the button for a phone tar it will pop up a window for you to select the file. You have to make sure that is the correct file you want, in case you have more than one of those same kind of files on your computer.

I'm special.

Just realized I was selecting the wrong zip on my sd card. Everything is working so far. Thanks for the reply.
