Root stuck in bootloader on TB

I have tried a couple different roms and each one never makes past the bootloader. I dont what could cause the problem so I dont know where to look to fix. please help!

Have you flashed a recovery? Roms don't flash in the bootloader. Most use clockwork mod.

Yes,we need some more details on what and how you're flashing.

Dig,I assume he means the boot is hanging at the HTC splash screen...

It sounds like you need to first verify the file you are flashing by checking the MD5. If that is correct then before you flash wipe before you flash the rom...you don't want to leave any residue from a prior rom behind. I suggest wiping data, cache, dalvik cache, and system before flashing the rom. Try doing that and booting then you should be good
