Root Stuck in bootloop after Safestrap

I factory reset my phone after encountering some earlier problems with installing CM9.
Re-rooted the phone, installed Safestrap, and rebooted. Now it's stuck in a boot loop. The Dual Core splash will show, then the red robotic eye splash will show, and it will just loop the red eye over and over again.
I'm pulling out my hair over this. Help please.

Do you ever see the Safestrap startup screen, which prompts you to press Menu to enter Safestrap menu or Search to continue?
