Root Stuck in Bootloop

So i tried to boot into twrp but it would boot straight to android... So i restart my phone and now it's stuck in a bootloop and i can only get into FTM.

Can someone help me out, or am i ****ed?

Push n hold power and volume up button till 10 sec after it reboots, if it goes to twrp, flash a backup or reflash ROM or the restore zip for ur ROM, if it boots up, reinstall the zmax twrp apk, click install, then reboot into twrp and from there flash the restore zip fro ur rom

Push n hold power button till it shuts off, it will try to reboot a couple tines before it shuts off just keep it pressed, then try the prior steps

Plus keep the volume up button pressed a bit longer

Try 1 more time. Hit and hold volume up and power. After about 8 seconds it will vibrate. Keep holding. In about 4 more seconds it will vibrate again then the white screen will come on. As soon as the white screen comes on, count 4 seconds and release. You'll force boot to recovery.
