Root Stuck in Clockworld mod recover menu HELP PLZZZ!!

I tried factory resetting my esteem last night and it rebooted but never fully turned on from then it just takes me to the little menu from ClockWorldMod Recovery. Please help i just want it to turn on at least.
PLEASE HELP i would greatly appreciate it.

You must have deleted your stock ROM completely. What you need to do is somehow get a new ROM onto an SD card to flash, to make it load into a "regular phone" again.

Ways to put the ROM (I prefer BrokenOut) on your SD card without a functioning phone:

-Put the SD card in another phone and hook it up to your PC
-Get an SD card adapter for the PC, or if you have a port for an SD card, use that

You have to put the ROM somewhere on the SD card, assuming you have an external one.

I'm assuming you know how to flash, etc.

Check the "All Things Root" section of the LG Esteem forums. Go to the sticky thread and search for ROMS (USING YOUR VERSION!!! ZVB, C, OR D!!!) The download is pretty self-explanatory. When in CWM, go to "choose zip from SD" then find yours and scroll to it (my Flash Course in Flashing.)
