Root Stuck in CWM

So the guy at metro (my service wasnt working) was trying to fix a problem and tried to restore to factory and told me not to root, blah blah blah.. he couldnt fix it, and told me to go to another retailer, instead; any way to fix it here? I'm stuck at CWM Recovery screen now, how can I go back to what i was at? And how come my service wasnt working?

with no backups, you'll have to start all over again with flashing a ROM. If you use titanium back up or ROM tool box to back up your apps, once you flash a ROM. just use it to get your apps back. If you didn't back up your apps you are going to have to start from scratch.
