Root stuck in fastboot

My optimus is stuck in fastboot wich i fixed once before only problem is adb wont reconize the phone so i can reboot fastboot. Does anyone know how to fix this. Thanks in advance.

First of all is it rooted with a custom Rom on it.it sounds like it

Yes it is. I have no idea what to do. I was just getting ready to sell the phone. I went to factory reset, well i had a custom recovery so it got stuck in a recover bootloop. So i read on another thread to use a program to flash another recovery that had a bootloop fixer. In the middle of the procces it went into fastboot and got stuck there. Every time i try to use adb to reboot fastboot it will not find the phone.
 
Update i have it back to being stuck in a recovery bootloop wich seems better but still not a good situation.

Sorry i can not help with this,i was thinking about installing custom Roms but after reading the pit falls to it, i opted not to,not only that but the builders of these Roms,are no help if something goes wrong,lesson learned.
