Root stuck in "M" loop

what a way to start off my rotting adventures...

ota 2.2.

guess i left the deodex part out.
installed off sd card. went to restart and now it wont leave the M logo.

i tryed a batt pull but only brings me into recovery mode

help please fast!!!!

well if you boot into recovery, cant you restore?
or didn't you make a backup before theming?

Eh...you need to backup before you flash roms/themes
nandroid back from clockwork recovery and titanium backup for your apps
Is this bad? I'm sure you could sbf but you'll lose everything...i'm sorry but wait for someone smarter than me to come along.

And if you installed a deodex theme when you didn't deodex...that could be a problem.

don't think you can boot into recovery yet with ota 2.2 only the leaked version

Had the same problem. Just flash the 2.2 SBF. Its not a full restore, but fixes this right up.

Edit: Just read this. I was in a boot loop with the red eye. not stuck at M. so this may not work, but it is worth a try.

wow, workd for me too. that was quite a forum trail to follow. but unbricked. back to stock, unrooted, odexed. time to go for round 2. its like a game with no consequences now! ive learned so much in the past few days.
