Help Stuck in multi window mode

i was trying out the multi window feature on 4.1.2 then all the sudden it got stuck there . i cant close the windows nor click anything in the windows. i had to reset my device. any one else have this issue?

Been using 4.1.1 for a few months now and have never had an issue like that.

How did it get stuck? Did shutting down and powering up not help and you had to HARD RESET it?

I was opening a few windows then it suddenly happen. No hard reset was needed.

yes it got stuck in dualview. i tryed to click cascade and it wouldnt work. it just got stuck.

i havent had the issue again but if i do then idk :\
